Our Life coach, Paul Sack is the No. 1 ranked freediving champion in Malaysia who holds 21-time national records. His fantastic achievements come from a strong passion for the sport and the desire to live a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle.

He founded Life Freediving Malaysia and Life Swimming School as he knows that swimming is important for all ages.
