Terms & Condition
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) is required upon enrollment. This fee shall remain valid throughout the student’s active enrollment with Life Swimming School.
2.1 Cancellations by Student
Students must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class in order to reschedule. Classes canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
Frequent cancellations (more than once per month) or absence for more than two (2) consecutive weeks may result in the forfeiture of the student’s reserved slot. Reallocation will be based on availability.
2.2 Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to class will be considered a No-Show. A one-time exception is granted for the first last-minute cancellation. Any subsequent occurrences will result in forfeiture of the class.
2.3 Instructor Unavailability
Life Swimming School reserves the right to assign a qualified replacement instructor if the assigned coach is unavailable. If no replacement is possible or the student declines the substitute, the class will be rescheduled without penalty.
2.4 Temporary Pool Closure
If the pool is temporarily closed for maintenance or safety reasons, students will be informed in advance, and affected classes will be rescheduled where feasible.
2.5 Weather Disruptions
Classes may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, even on short notice or upon student arrival. Real-time assessments by certified lifeguards guide this decision.
If a class is interrupted due to weather:
Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice constitutes a No-Show. The first No-Show may be rescheduled as a one-time exception. Additional No-Shows will result in the loss of the session.
All purchased lesson packages are non-refundable. Transfers are allowed only to immediate family members, subject to verification and approval by Life Swimming School.
Each lesson package is valid for six (6) weeks from the date of the first attended class. In the event of medical inability to continue, a request for an extension must be supported by a valid medical report. All extensions are subject to Life Swimming School’s sole discretion and final approval.
To retain your current class time slot, renewal of the next lesson package must be completed before the expiry of the current package, without any lapse in between.
Failure to make timely payment may result in the forfeiture of the reserved time slot. Any subsequent rescheduling will be subject to availability.
